Dhanush is back with a bang as Captain Miller, a period action-adventure film set in the 1930s. The film, directed by Arun Matheswaran, promises to be a thrilling ride of rebellion and revolution against the British Raj. The film has a stellar star cast, including Kannada superstar Dr. Shivarajkumar, Telugu actor Sundeep Kishan, Priyanka Arul Mohan as the female lead, and many others.

The film’s music is composed by G.V. Prakash Kumar, who recently announced the release of a song from the film on his social media.  "I have tasted steel before I have the scars ….. U will learn to fear my name and ur eyes will never see the same ..  Killer killer captain millerrrrrrrrr ….. Audio preparations onway …",

He posted the lyrics of the song, which roughly translate to “If you come alone, you will be crushed. If you come as an army, you will be washed away by the rain of blood”. The song is expected to be a powerful anthem of resistance and courage, where fans are eagerly waiting for the song to be released soon.

The teaser of Captain Miller will be released on July 28th of this year, coinciding with the birthday of the two-time National Award-winning actor Dhanush. The film is produced by Sathya Jyothi Films, who released an official announcement video last year, which hinted at the film’s theme of British Raj, and gave a glimpse of the characters.
