Popular actress Deepika Padukone has endured a sudden health setback due to the increased heart rate in the shooting spot on Tuesday. The development has left the fans in dread and the actress was rushed to the hospital for further treatments. 

Deepika Padukone, who is well known for her multi-lingual 'Padmavati' and Kollywood's debut 'Kochadayan' paired with Superstar Rajinikanth, rushed to hospital from the shooting spot of the movie 'Project K', which is a remake of 'Mahanati' of Nag Ashwin, produced by Vyjayanthi Movies, starring Amitabh Bachchan, Prabhas, and Disha Patani. 

After complaining of chest pain accompanied by increased heart rate, she was taken to Kamineni Hospitals in Hyderabad as an outpatient to undergo diagnostic tests. According to the medical reports, the reason behind the sudden increase in Deepika's heart rate was due to gastric issues. After the treatment, she had returned to the shooting spot.

It has been reported that she has been going fine. Her husband and actor Ranveer Singh had visited her in the hospital and the actress didn't encounter any heart-related problems. Several reports had said that Deepika Padukone was very weak while she was brought to the hospital and she was treated for a few hours before resuming her shooting.
