Bail petition of detained student accused with NEET impersonation!

In the wake of being detained under the grounds of proven impersonation on NEET examinations, the Madras High court had today offered its consent to hear the anticipatory bail petition filed by Udit Surya, who was the first student to kept behind the bars followed which the racketing impersonations have been  getting revealed across the state.

The High court bench chaired by Justice Swaminathan had nodded to hear the bail plea of the accused student upon its directive on September 24th, where in the previous hearing the Justice had orally recorded this alleged impersonation was serious in nature following which the court had advised the counsel of the petitioner to surrender before the crime branch department which investigates the case and underlined that his anticipatory bail would be taken to the hearing as a bail petition if the petitioner surrenders before the investigative department and adjourned the hearing to October 1st , 2019.

The high court bench had listed out the case for today's hearing, days after Udit Surya was arrested by the special team of the crime branch in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh after which, under the grounds of proven conspiracy, Udit Surya and his father had detained by the CB-CID team in Theni. In the middle of the judicial hearing, the reports say that the Justice had initially refused to consider the bail plea filed by Udit Surya as he failed to surrender before the CB-CID police as directed by the court in previous hearing, but later, by considering the age, Justice Swaminathan had accepted to hear the anticipatory bail petition as the bail petition and adjourned the case to October 14, 2019.

The NEET impersonation racket had come to the embarrassing spotlight after Udit Surya, a first year medical student of Theni medical college had detained last week by the CB-CID police, which probes the case with accordance to the complaint filed by the Dean of the Medical college after citing the difference on the photograph of the student in his application to his real appearance. The sources had revealed that the fake candidate who cleared the exam attended the classes for the first twenty days after which he was allegedly replaced by Udit Surya that had oiled the conspiracy.
