Days after the Central government had fueled the tensions in Kashmiri soil after revoking the articles 370 and 35A and bifurcating the state into two union territories, India's National security adviser and cabinet rank member Ajit Doval tours the state aftermath scrapping the special status to monitor and overlook the security grids and to document the responses from local residents living in the middle of series of restrictions.
Ajit doval has been touring Kashmir since Tuesday, a day after the government had mapped the state of Kashmir with Indian constitution where the National security adviser legged his first day of tour in Shopian, one of the regions which has the camps of massive troops, where he was seen interacting with the locals.
The Shopian's street had hosted lunch for Ajit Doval where he had lunch along with the locals and had exchanged views with them on prevailing security situations in Kashmir and on the government's move on abrogating the articles and bifurcating the state into two union territories.
He further claimed that the situations will be normalized and everything will be alright and had assured the people on government's responsibility on their safety and security.
Wrapping up his tour from Shopian, he later visited the state's capital Srinagar where he made two hours visit to the capital by engaging with security personnel and locals where he had his lunch along with CRPF troops in the region which is less familiar in hosting stone pelting attacks.
The reports say that the visit of government's top national security analyst was been made to reach out the local people in Kashmiri valley as a Confidence building measure among the hearts which were filled by fear, anxiety and uncertainty.
