Aishwarya starrer The Great Indian Kitchen got its OTT release date! Here's when and where to watch the hitting social drama

In a much-awaited development for cinema lovers, the Aishwarya Rajesh starrer 'The Great Indian Kitchen' is all set to debut for digital streaming. Directed by R Kannan, the Tamil version of the critically acclaimed Malayalam film of the same name was released on 3rd February 2023 and met good positive word of mouth from critics alike.

The OTT platform, Zee5 shared the film's OTT streaming date by taking us to Twitter and wrote in Tamil, "Shouldn't both mother and father be the head of the family in one house? Witness the family drama #TheGreatIndianKitchen premiering on the 3rd of March exclusively on ZEE5! #ZEE5 #ZEE5Tamil #TheGreatIndianKitchenOnZEE5".  

As per the announcement, the social drama is to start streaming on Zee5 on March 3rd, 2023. Directed by R Kannan, the Tamil version of the critically acclaimed Malayalam film of the same name features Aishwarya Rajesh and Rahul Ravindran in lead roles.

The film promises to be an emotional rollercoaster, as it tells the story of a newlywed woman who struggles to be the submissive wife that her husband and his family expect her to be. The storyline, mixed with brilliant performances, a thought-provoking storyline, and the realistic portrayal of domestic life scored well among the movie-buffs.

The music for the movie is composed by Jerry Silvester Vincent and the lyrics are penned by Kabilan Vairamuthu. Balasubramaniem helmed the camera and Leo John Paul edited the film. The film's satellite rights were secured by Zee Tamil and Zee Thirai, while ZEE5 acquired the rights to post-theatrical release. Meanwhile, Aishwarya Rajesh have Mohandas, Theeyavar Kulaigal Nadunga, and Dhruva Natchathiram in her pipeline.
