Actor Vishal files complaint against popular Tamil producer...Here's why!

Prominent actor Vishal has filed a complaint against popular producer RB Choudary by alleging that the producer had cheated him. Vishal has moved his complaint to the Chennai city police on Wednesday. The actor has said that Choudary has not returned cheque leaves, bonds, and promissory notes even after the former had repaid his loan.

Vishal further alleged that the producer has been evading him for months by citing that he had misplaced the documents. Taking to Twitter, Vishal wrote, "It’s unacceptable that Mr #RBChoudhary failed to return the Cheque Leaves, Bonds & Promissory Notes months after repaying the loan to him for the Movie #IrumbuThirai, he was evading giving excuses & finally told he has misplaced the documents We have lodged a complaint with Police".

According to reports, the loan amount is pertaining to Vishal's film 'Irumbu Thirai' in 2018. The movie was bankrolled by Vishal's own banner Vishal Film Factory and distributed by Lyca Productions and Krikes Cine Creations. Irumbu Thirai was directed by PS Mithran and while Vishal had played the lead role, Arjun and Samantha had played the important roles.

The reports say that Vishal had borrowed some money from producer RB Choudary to produce the movie. Three years after the release, Vishal has now asserted that he had repaid the loan to the producer and alleged that Choudary had failed to return cheque leaves, bonds, and promissory notes even after repaying the loan. With the allegation, Vishal had lodged a complaint against the producer with the Chennai police.
