Actor - Producer Sivakarthikeyan to embark new journey in the industry! Here's what we know

Sivakarthikeyan, who is one of the most popular and successful actors in Tamil cinema, is now venturing into a new domain - the theatre business. The actor-producer has teamed up with Asian Cinemas, a leading multiplex chain in South India, to launch his own multiplex in Chennai. The multiplex will be named ASK Cinemas, which stands for Asian Sivakarthikeyan Cinemas.

The multiplex, which is set to open in a desirable part of Chennai, reportedly will feature five screens. An official announcement will be made once the project is finished, which should be by the end of the year. According to rumors, Sivakarthikeyan is very enthusiastic about this new project and is determined to give his devoted audience the best possible cinematic experience.

It's not the first time an actor like Sivakarthikeyan has teamed up with Asian Cinemas to open his own theater chain. The AMB Cinemas, AAA Cinemas, and AVD Cinemas in Hyderabad were all opened by the same group with the help of Telugu superstars Mahesh Babu, Allu Arjun, and Vijay Deverakonda. Throughout Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, and Karnataka, Asian Cinemas is well-known for its cutting-edge theaters and convenient extras.

On the work front, Sivakarthikeyan is busy with multiple projects as an actor and a producer. He is currently shooting for his upcoming film Maaveeran, directed by Madonne Ashwin. He is also awaiting the release of his sci-fi thriller Ayalaan, directed by R Ravikumar. As a producer, he has backed films like Kanaa, Nenjamundu Nermaiyundu Odu Raja under his banner Sivakarthikeyan Productions, and upcoming project with Soori as the lead actor, titled Kottukaali.
