David Warner included for the third and the fourth Tests against India by the Australia cricket team. 

Warner, who was injured during the one-day series against India, missed the next Twenty20 series and the first Test between the two teams. It is noteworthy that the second one-day international between the two teams was not retained as the team was outside the corona barrier, despite subsequent fitness. 

The other Australian players added to the squad for the remaining two Tests are Will Pucovski and Sean Abbott. On Wednesday, Australia selector Trevor Hohns said, "David (Warner) has made strong progress in his recovery from injury and will be given every chance to play in Sydney with another seven days until the match"
